Package Examination

• You have the right to open your package upon delivery to examine the products.

• If you choose not to accept the order after opening, you must pay the delivery fee (85 EGP).

• Ordering multiple items with the intention of selecting one and returning the rest is not allowed.

Returns

• Returns are available within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

• A courier will be arranged to pick up the returned item.

• Return processing fees and shipping fees (300 to 400 EGP, depending on the product) will be deducted from your refund.

• The returned item will be delivered back to us within 5 business days.

• Refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item, with all applicable fees deducted.

Exchanges

• You can request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.

• To exchange, you must pay the full amount of the new item plus shipping (150 EGP).

• Once we receive the original item, we will transfer the amount of the old order to you.
