Within 2 days of receiving your order, you can return any item in its original condition and packaging for a full refund (excluding shipping fees).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In case of any missing part of the products or the packaging, the courier can not pick up the items from your side
In case of refunding for no reason or just changing your mind, the order can be returned but subjected to return fees to be paid by the customer.
In case of a manufacturing fault and the item cannot be replaced or mended you get a full free refund within 2-4 working days from the request.
Cextra will arrange a courier to pick up the returned item(s) at your convenience.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 working days.
Please note: Shipping fees for delivery and return pickup will be deducted from your refund amount.
In case of paying online through a debit or credit card, the amount will be transferred within 7-14 days according to your bank.
